2023 Domaine de Colonat Beaujolais Blanc
Tasting Notes
It gleams with a pale golden color. The nose is inviting and aromatic, with notes of crisp green apple, lemon zest, and white peach, interwoven with delicate floral hints of acacia and a touch of almond. A subtle minerality adds a sense of place and refinement. On the palate, the wine is light and refreshing, with a lively acidity that balances its smooth, rounded texture. Flavors of citrus, pear, and a whisper of honeysuckle are complemented by a gentle minerality and a clean, vibrant finish that lingers with notes of stone fruit and citrus zest.
