2023 Domaine de la Renaudie Perle de Rosée
Tasting Notes
A delicate, slightly pink, dry and fruity rosé with elegant aromas. This is a refreshing wine with fine white pepper and spice aromas.
Pineau d’Aunis, historical grape-variety of Touraine rosés is the base of this cuvée vinified as a white wine: it is a pressing rosé, not a bleeding one. When arriving in the cellar the grapes are directly pressed. The color of the juice is very pale. The must settles for 24 hours. Only the clear juices are fermented in thermo regulated stainless tanks. The fermentation temperature is between 59° and 68°. After several rackings, one diatomaceous earth filtration is made before bottling.
