2019 Domaine de la Chevalerie Noms d’Oiseaux
Tasting Notes
We love this wine! A delightful aromatic profile of juicy red fruits, including raspberry, cherry, and strawberry, intertwined with subtle floral undertones. On the palate, it is a fruit-forward wine with soft, delicate tannins that create a smooth, velvety texture. The wine’s balanced acidity enhances its freshness, while flavors of ripe red berries, a touch of spice, and a hint of minerality lead to a refined and elegant finish.
